1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Rayvotech Tools Inc. ("Rayvotech", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://rayvotechtools.online, the Rayvotech Tools application studio, APIs, WebContainer runtime environments, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, entering prompts, deploying projects, or executing code exports, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an entity, corporation, or organization, you represent that you possess the full legal authority to bind that entity to this agreement.

Eligibility: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, to create an account or utilize the Platform.

2. Platform Architecture & Studio Sandboxes

Rayvotech Tools provides an autonomous development environment that synthesizes natural language prompts into working websites and web applications. The Platform executes live project previews via in-browser WebContainer sandboxes, provisions dedicated PostgreSQL relational database instances, facilitates multi-model inference routing, and distributes assets across global Anycast edge networks.

Sandbox Execution: In-browser sandboxes execute Node.js, Vite build routines, and JavaScript runtimes directly inside client WebAssembly workers. While Rayvotech implements strict security sandboxing, you remain responsible for the operational behavior and third-party API keys configured inside your project environments.

3. Intellectual Property & 100% User Code Ownership

Your Intellectual Property: You retain sole, exclusive, and unencumbered ownership of all intellectual property rights, copyright, and title in and to all code, components, relational database schemas, digital assets, configurations, and textual copy created, synthesized, or exported by you on the Platform ("User Deliverables").

Zero Proprietary Lock-In: Exported codebundles generated by Rayvotech Tools are standard, human-readable Vite, React, Tailwind CSS, and SQL files. Rayvotech imposes zero ongoing royalty fees, zero proprietary runtime licensing requirements, and zero restrictions on self-hosting your exported repositories on external infrastructure (including AWS, Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare, or private servers).

Rayvotech Platform IP: Rayvotech Tools retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the underlying Platform, including proprietary AST parsing algorithms, multi-model routing pipelines, compiler heuristics, visual design systems, trademarks, and logos. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the underlying Rayvotech compiler engine.

4. Subscription Tiers, Build Credits & Billing

Subscription Plans: Access to advanced AI models, database capacities, and monthly build credits is governed by the subscription plan selected upon registration or upgrade (e.g., Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise).

Build Credit Mechanics: Build credits power autonomous multi-turn code synthesis and deep refactors. Credits are deducted solely upon successful code generation. Manual editing, browsing templates, compiling previews in WebContainers, and exporting zip repositories consume zero credits.

Credit Rollover & Expiration: Monthly subscription credit allowances refresh on your billing anniversary date and do not roll over to subsequent months. Standalone credit top-up packs remain valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

Payment Processing & Renewal: All billing transactions are processed securely through certified third-party payment gateways (Stripe Inc. and PayPal Holdings Inc.). Subscriptions automatically renew on a recurring monthly or annual basis unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via Account Settings.

5. Custom Domains, SSL & Edge CDN Routing

Custom Domain Verification: You may link custom second-level domains and subdomains to your Rayvotech projects by configuring designated DNS A and CNAME records with your domain registrar. You warrant that you own or possess legal control over any domain attached to your workspace.

Automated SSL Certificates: Rayvotech autonomously provisions and renews 256-bit TLS/SSL certificates via Let's Encrypt for all successfully verified domains. You agree not to interfere with automated certificate renewal mechanisms.

Traffic Limits & Edge Network: Projects deployed to our edge network are distributed across 32 Anycast Points of Presence (PoPs). Rayvotech reserves the right to throttle or temporarily unpublish projects that exhibit abusive request patterns, unmitigated DDoS attacks, or excessive bandwidth consumption that threatens platform stability.

6. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Conduct

You agree to use the Platform strictly in accordance with all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws. You shall not utilize the Platform to generate, host, or distribute:

• Malicious code, trojans, ransomware, keyloggers, or phishing landing pages designed to harvest credentials or financial data.
• Content that infringes upon the copyright, trademark, trade secret, or privacy rights of any third party.
• Deceptive financial schemes, counterfeit storefronts, or unauthorized pharmaceutical sales.
• Automated vulnerability scanning, port probing, or denial-of-service attack tools.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or terroristic content (which results in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement).

7. Open Source Dependencies & Third-Party Services

Code synthesized and exported by the Platform incorporates standard, widely recognized open-source libraries (such as React, Tailwind CSS, Lucide Icons, and Vite). These libraries are distributed under their respective permissive open-source licenses (primarily MIT and Apache 2.0). You are solely responsible for complying with any applicable license notices bundled in exported package.json manifests.

8. Service Availability, SLA & Warranty Disclaimers

Platform Availability: Rayvotech targets 99.9% uptime for deployed edge applications. However, scheduled maintenance, upstream cloud carrier disruptions, and frontier model API outages may occasionally cause temporary interruptions.

Disclaimer of Warranties: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, THE PLATFORM, STUDIO, AI SYNTHESIS COMPILERS, AND HOSTING SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AI Generation Output: AI model inference is inherently probabilistic. Rayvotech does not guarantee that synthesized code will be error-free or fully compatible with every legacy browser environment without manual human review and testing.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RAYVOTECH TOOLS INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS REPUTATION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE PLATFORM.

UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, RAYVOTECH'S AGGREGATE CUMULATIVE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00 USD) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO RAYVOTECH IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rayvotech Tools Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and licensors from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising out of: (a) content, data, or code you generate, deploy, or publish; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your infringement of third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

11. Account Suspension, Termination & Data Deletion

Termination by You: You may cancel your subscription or terminate your account at any time via Account Settings > Profile. Upon cancellation, your workspace retains active access through the end of your paid billing term.

Termination by Rayvotech: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice upon finding that you have materially breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent billing, or violated our Acceptable Use Policy.

Data Purging: Upon permanent account deletion, all hosted project sandboxes, database tables, and uploaded assets are purged from active storage within thirty (30) calendar days.

12. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding confidential arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Waiver of Class Action: YOU AND RAYVOTECH MUTUALLY AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN EACH PARTY'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

13. Modifications & Legal Notices

We may amend these Terms periodically to reflect platform enhancements, legal compliance mandates, or operational adjustments. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least fourteen (14) days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revisions constitutes acceptance.
