Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the mandatory behavioral standards governing all users, developers, and visitors of Rayvotech Tools Inc. ("Rayvotech", "we", "us", or "our"). This policy protects the reputation of our Anycast edge infrastructure, prevents service disruption, and ensures compliance with upstream cloud carriers and frontier model providers.

By accessing https://rayvotechtools.online or deploying projects to our edge network, you agree to comply with this AUP in its entirety.

2. Prohibited Malicious & Deceptive Activities

You may not use the Platform, studio, or edge hosting network to synthesize, host, deploy, or link to:

• Phishing & Credential Harvesting: Landing pages designed to impersonate banks, financial institutions, cryptocurrency wallets, social networks, or cloud providers to solicit login credentials or credit card data.
• Malware & Exploitation: Trojans, worms, spyware, ransomware, keyloggers, rootkits, or browser exploit kits.
• Command & Control Infrastructure: Operating botnet coordination servers, cryptojacking scripts, or unauthorized distributed computing daemons.
• Network Attack Tooling: Software designed to launch Denial-of-Service (DoS/DDoS) floods, port-scanning scripts, credential stuffing bots, or brute-force attack utilities.

3. Prohibited Content & Unlawful Commerce

You may not utilize Rayvotech Tools to create or publish web applications involving:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Rayvotech maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding CSAM. Immediate account termination and referral to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement is mandatory.
• Financial Fraud & Ponzi Schemes: Fake investment portals, unlicensed binary options, deceptive token pre-sales, or pyramid recruitment systems.
• Counterfeit Goods & Unlicensed Pharmaceuticals: Storefronts selling counterfeit trademarked merchandise, prescription drugs without verification, or illegal substances.
• Terroristic Content & Hate Speech: Material promoting violent extremism, unlawful violence, harassment, defamation, or hate crimes against protected classes.

4. System Integrity & Edge Abuse

You agree not to engage in actions that degrade, disrupt, or impair the security of the Platform, including:

• Attempting to bypass WebContainer sandbox boundaries or gain root access to host hypervisors.
• Reverse-engineering proprietary AST compilers, token routing heuristics, or obfuscated API endpoints.
• Executing automated scrapers, crawlers, or high-concurrency botnets against studio APIs.
• Artificially exhausting compute resources, connection pooling sockets, or edge bandwidth allowances.

5. Automated Detection & Telemetry Monitoring

Rayvotech employs automated heuristic classifiers, domain reputation scrapers, and third-party threat feeds to detect abusive patterns in real time. We monitor edge request patterns, SSL domain issuance anomalies, and outbound webhook signatures for indicators of compromise.

6. Investigation, Suspension & Enforcement

Upon identifying an apparent violation of this AUP, Rayvotech reserves the right to take immediate remedial action without prior notice, including:

• Immediately revoking edge DNS routing and unpublishing offending project URLs.
• Freezing connected PostgreSQL databases and invalidating sandbox tokens.
• Permanently suspending the associated user workspace and terminating account credentials.
• Blacklisting custom domains, IP ranges, and payment methods associated with the abusive activity.
• Cooperating with law enforcement agencies and providing transaction telemetry where required by subpoena or court order.

7. Reporting Violations & Abuse Desk
